We’re accepting receipts from all major retailers and partners, including: NTUC Fairprice, Giant, Cold Storage, Sheng Shiong and Prime. 

There are no restrictions on the types of Swanson products you can purchase to qualify for campaign.  

Yes, there is a minimum purchase amount. You must spend at least $10 on Swanson products in one receipt for a game entry to get “sure-win” cash prizes. 

You can only upload one receipt per phone number throughout the campaign period. Any additional receipts per phone number submitted will be flagged as spam. 

No, you can’t. Only receipts for purchases made on or after 1st November 2024 will be counted towards your entry to the campaign. 

No, you cannot make multiple entries per phone number. Each $10 spent on Swanson products only entitles you to one entry into “Swanson Sure-Win Cash Prizes up to $8,888” Match & Win game throughout the campaign period. 

Yes, you can only submit one receipt per phone number and there is a cap of 300 participants per week to be eligible for weekly entries. 

To submit your receipts, simply select the ‘Upload Receipt’ option from the main menu of our WhatsApp chatbot. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload clear images of your receipts. Ensure that the receipts show the date of purchase, total amount spent, and the Swanson item. 

While we recommend keeping your receipts for your records, if you’ve lost your receipt, unfortunately you could not participate in this campaign. Providing a receipt is generally required to verify your entry into the “Swanson Sure-Win Cash Prizes up to $8,888” campaign. 

No, you cannot submit the same receipt multiple times. Our system will automatically flag and discard duplicate submissions. Repeatedly submitting the same receipt may result in your phone number being flagged as spam and your entries being voided.

Every upload upon successful receipt validation will be given a game entry, which is a guarantee win to get cash prizes from Swanson. The winning amount will be notified instantly after you have played the “Match & Win” game with the game link provided to you at Whatsapp bot. 

You will receive instructions to provide your PayNow details to claim your prize. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth redemption process. 

Please allow a maximum of 1 week for PayNow details validation and processing time. 

Yes, our chatbot is secure and adheres to PDPA regulation standards. Your data will be used solely for internal purposes within Swanson, such as the WhatsApp campaign and email campaigns/research. Here are some things you can try to get your receipts accepted: Ensure clarity: Take a picture of your receipt under good lighting with clear and readable text. Check image format: Make sure the image file is in a supported format (e.g., JPG, PNG). PDF or another file formats are not accepted. Reduce file size: If the image is very large, try compressing it before uploading. Retry the upload: Sometimes technical glitches can occur. Try submitting the receipt again. If it does not work the second time, please write in to us immediately. Multiple submissions may flag your entries as spam and void your entries.
